DISC® personality profile improves teamwork

Many organizations strive to provide effective training sessions to foster employee development and productivity. At EDSI we offer an innovative approach to training and development. We believe that focusing on behaviors will help managers and team members work more effectively together. Many of our programs begin with a DISC® personality profile. This is a very useful tool for each participant as well as leaders. The DISC® test is taken online and is easy to complete. Results are printable and available immediately following completion of the DISC® test.

Individuals will be able to learn about themselves and their personal strengths and weaknesses. The DISC® personality profile shows individuals how they tend to react in certain environments and how they interact with different people. Learning this information can assist with opening communications and reducing conflict.
