EDSI offers a variety of different behavioral style assessments and profiles. A profile in learning instruments' training, means a survey, test, behavioral assessment, inventory, or learning tool. Profiles are largely self-assessments which can be used in: leadership development courses, management training courses, employee development, communications skills training, professionalism in the workplace, personal effectiveness, change management, personality assessment, enhancement of the job hiring interview process, relationship counseling, coaching, and many more diverse applications. With increasing frequency, these assessments are admiinistered as self-assessments online and are used not only, for personal introspection into different competencies, but also to address employee engagement and generational differences in the workplace.
