Not all your readers will react favorably to your document. You'll identify 8 negative reactions and learn strategies to prevent or overcome these special reactions. |
| Section 4: Organizing Your Ideas (the MADE Format®) |

You'll learn to apply a 4-part basic format to help you organize your documents quickly and clearly. |
| Section 5: Organizing Longer Documents |

To organize longer documents, you'll learn two techniques: the "random list" method and idea wheels. |
| Section 6: Course Test—18 Questions |
|
To pass the test, you must answer 16 questions correctly. |
